I presently own a Registered Suffolk Punch mare who has raised 3 handsome colts for me.
I started her to work under harness and saddle. She is used for farming, logging, pleasure driving and riding as well as breeding. She has been pinned Champion Mare at the North American Suffolk Punch Spectacular in both 2018 and 2019.
I have also handled multiple stallions for presentation before judges and was fortunate to be handling the 2019 Champion Stallion at the Spectacular as well.
I hope to continue to breed, raise and start many more Suffolks in the future alongside my family. I plan to also contribute to the interest in this breed by presenting them in multiple disciplines in the public eye for years to come.
This is not my first membership with ASHA and am renewing membership in hopes to both represent and have the support of the association.

Meeting Place Organic Farm is a 100 acre family farm which we have owned and operated since 1973. It is located in SW Ontario, near Lucknow in the picturesque rolling farmland of northern Huron County.
We farm with Suffolk punch and Belgian horses. We have pastured pigs and certified organic grass fed cattle. We produce grass fed beef and drug free pork, organic apples and apple butter, vegetable, herb and heritage tomato seedlings. We cooperate with several other local farms to bring you lamb, maple syrup and honey. We welcome customers to pickup at the farm, but are happy to deliver to Goderich, Kincardine, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph, London, and points in-between in Bruce, Grey, Wellington, Perth and Middlesex counties.

I currently have two suffolks, a mare and gelding, who pull a carriage for weddings and special events. The horses live with three jersey milk cows and two mules. I was introduced to the suffolk breed two years ago when a now friend was logging. I'm amazed every day by these horses with their calm demeanor and willingness to please. We have a small farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, where we raise and work Suffolk Punch Draft Horses. We've been doing this for the last 40 years or so. We log and farm with our horses. We try to raise as many as we can, produced from good registered Suffolk Mares bred with the best stallion we can find. Our current herd sire is the only imported, English, Suffolk Punch stallion in North America - Eyke Sovereign, ES9035 3396S is proven to reproduce and work. Our mare band is diverse and sons from just about every one could be a potential great sire for someone in North America.
